Attention deficits may well persist in a lack of concentration on detail, 4. the need to re-read materials several times, 5. forgetting activities and appointments, 6. losing things and losing the thread of conversations. 7. Thoughts are unfocused and ‘on the go’ all the time. 8. Mood changes are often rapid shifts into depression or excitability, 9. irritability and temper outbursts that interfere with personal relationships 10. Disorganisation is prominent, 11. tasks are not completed, 12. problem-solving is lacking in strategy and time management is particularly poor 13. Impulsivity continues and leads to problems in teamwork 14. abrupt initiation and termination of relationships, and 15. a tendency to make rapid and facile decisions without full analysis of the situation.

But how do you differentiate between ADHD Symtoms and Bipolar Disorder?
